Training for all Volunteers

Well prepared volunteers are crucial to the success of the competition!

A volunteer training session is scheduled for Tuesday, January 26, 2027, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. The training will be conducted in person at the Pellissippi State Community College – Hardin Valley Campus and virtually on Zoom for those unable to join in person. The Zoom link will be sent closer to the event. Additionally, the session will be recorded and posted to the website.

This training is designed for Saturday competition room volunteers only. Competition room volunteers include moderators, question judges, rules judges, scorekeepers, and timekeepers. Other volunteers, including registration, crowd control, civility award, and runners are not required to attend this training.
