Hotel Location

Student Lodging

• Four (4) students per room
• Students may be assigned rooms with participants from other schools depending on room availability
• Curfew is 10:00 p.m. and coaches are responsible for ensuring students are in their assigned rooms
• Pool use is not permitted for any students or coaches

Coach Lodging

• Lodging is provided for one coach per school
• A second coach or school‑required chaperone may:
  • Share a room with the primary coach
  • Or book their own room at the TSB rate (if available)
• School-required chaperones must submit administrator-signed documentation
• To book individual rooms: Call hotel at 865‑970‑4300 and ask for the Sales Office

Registration Window

• 3:00–5:00 p.m. at the Hilton Knoxville Airport
• All teams MUST register on Friday, even if not staying overnight. Registration is not available on Saturday.
• During registration, teams will:
  • Take official team photo
  • Register team members and confirm lodging
  • Receive T‑shirts and tote bags
  • Draw for round‑robin team placements
  • Attend the Professional Opportunities Fair
  • Attend the 6:00 p.m. dinner and program, which includes sponsor recognition and door prize announcements

Welcome Dinner

• All teams are required to attend welcome dinner
• Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten‑free meals are available by request
• Outside food is not permitted inside the ballroom during the dinner
• Sponsors will be in attendance

Competition Venue

• Pellissippi State Community College (PSCC) - Hardin Valley Campus
  10915 Hardin Valley Rd., Knoxville, TN 37932
• Approximately 18 miles from the Hilton Knoxville Airport Hotel, roughly a 20-minute drive

Arrival Time

• Teams eating breakfast at PSCC should arrive starting at 7:15 a.m.
• Teams not eating breakfast at PSCC must arrive at the Hardin Valley Campus no later than 8:00 a.m.
• All teams must be in team holding location by 8:00 a.m. to receive dismissal

Where to Report

• Specific arrival location will be emailed to coaches during the week of the competition.
• There will be a holding area for all teams before being dismissed to competition rooms.
• Teams will be escorted by division to competition rooms.

Parking

• Free parking is available on campus.
• Coaches should allow extra time for parking and reporting to holding building.

Competition Schedule

• 8:20 a.m. Teams must be in competition room
• 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. matches
• 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Lunch, Civility Award announcement, and tie-breaker rounds
• 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. Single elimination rounds
• 4:15 p.m. Presentation of trophies and checks
  • Please note: Teams advancing to afternoon elimination rounds must remain on campus during lunch. Also, 1 ^st-4 ^th place winners must stay until the end to have winner photographs taken on stage.

Food Information

• A continental breakfast is available at PSCC starting at 7:15 a.m. (coffee is for coaches only).
• A variety of snacks will be provided during breaks (including vegetarian, gluten‑free, healthier options).
• Lunch is provided for all registered participants with a lunch ticket.
  • Vegetarian lunch option is available upon request; no gluten‑free lunch option available
• Students with food allergies should bring a packed lunch.
• No food will be available for purchase at PSCC.

Spectator Policy

• Only adults 18 and older may observe matches.
• No spectators under 18 are permitted in competition rooms except during championship rounds.
