Accommodations

Coaches and students should arrive at the Hilton Knoxville Airport in Alcoa on Friday at 3:00 p.m. for registration, drawing for competition division placement, room keys, photographs, social activities, and dinner. Lodging will be four (4) students per room. Lodging will be provided for one coach per school (unless the second coach or chaperone, required by the school system, will room with the primary coach). Documentation signed by a school administrator must be submitted to verify that a chaperone is required by the school system.

Due to budget limitations, each additional coach or chaperone (required by the school system) must make his/her own lodging arrangements and cover the cost (unless the second coach or chaperone, required by the school system, will room with the primary coach). The Hilton Knoxville Airport will provide the TSB room rate for individual reservations, if rooms are available. To make individual registrations, call 865-970-4300 and ask for the Sales Office.

Friday Arrival and Registration

On Friday, teams should report to the Hilton Knoxville Airport in Alcoa, TN, between 3:00-5:00 p.m. for team and lodging registration. T-shirts and tote bags will be distributed, and coaches will draw for team positions on the round-robin bracket. The dinner and program will begin at 6:00 p.m., and door prizes will be given away after the program.

All teams must register on Friday even if a team does not intend to lodge at the Hilton Hotel. Team registration will not be conducted on Saturday. Please call Karen Brummett at 865-207-3887 if your team is unable to register on Friday.
