How to Participate

The ASCAC Transition Exascale Subcommittee Meeting will be held in Arlington, VA. The meeting will begin on a full day on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 8:00 am and end on Friday, October 25, 2019, by 1:00 pm. A continental breakfast, lunch and breaks will be provided.

More details will be sent with the invitations.

Meeting participants will include subcommittee members, a small number of invited speakers and interested members of the community. If you are interested in participating, please request an invitation using the submission form. We will respond with invitations to as many as space allows, consistent with reasonable coverage across topic areas, on a first come first served basis. Participants will be encouraged to present their perspectives to the group both in discussion and in very short "lightning" talks.

Meeting 2 will take place in Arlington, VA, using the full day of October 24th and the morning of Oct 25th.
