Sponsored by the National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC), a U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science User Facility under the Office of Advanced Scientific Computing Research. NERSC is a division of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

The NERSC Users Group (NUG) 2019 annual meeting brings together users, NERSC staff, and DOE sponsors to share NERSC updates and directions, computational science results, and discuss topics of interest to NERSC users. This year's meeting includes a NERSC update from center Director Sudip Dosanjh, and presentations about NERSC's next system, Perlmutter, as well as presentations on machine and deep learning for science, and application readiness, performance and portability for HPC.

The NERSC Users Group meeting will be held at the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville, 1750 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD. The meeting will begin on Friday, July 19, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. and end approximately 5:00 p.m.
