2026 Information and Highlights
Important Dates

| October 6, 2025, 12:00PM ET | School Registration Opens (PREREGISTRATION School info only) |
| October 6 – November 21, 2025 | TSB Coordinator approves Preregistration for the school. After approval, coaches are able to build their teams. |
| November 23, 2025, at 11:59 pm local time | The coach must submit their Team(s) registration(s) by 11:59pm local time on November 23, 2025. |
| January 7, 2026 | Announcement of teams selected to compete. Team selection is contingent on available space and completion of all team forms. Teams that fail to have the required paperwork completed by December 12, 2025, will not be selected to compete. All first teams will be accepted before any second or third teams are accepted. |
| February 9, 2026 | Changes to teams deadline. Changes to team members must be finalized. Any changes made after this date, due to an unforeseen emergency, need to be communicated as soon as possible. Call Karen Brummett at (865) 207-3887 to provide details. Requests to make a replacement after this date may be denied. If a team has fewer than three members who can attend the event, that team will forfeit their spot and an alternate team will be selected. |
