Abstract Submission Instructions
Posters will be limited to a size of 4 feet by 4 feet. Abstracts may be no longer than one page in total and must include information on both the objectives of the research and results of the study. Note that each project (not collaborator) will be represented by a poster providing an update on current findings. Funded projects with multiple collaborators will need to carefully synthesize findings into a single abstract/poster. A subset of abstracts will be invited to provide an additional oral presentation during the meeting. DOE laboratories receiving funding from TES or SBR will receive additional information in the upcoming weeks.
The deadline for abstract submission is February 25, 2019.
