Answers:
Why doesn't my screen look right?
This site has been tested under Netscape and MS Internet
Explorer but it will perform differently depending upon the version
you are using and your individual program settings. It was designed to
be viewed at a resolution of 800x600 and 24 bit color. Try setting
your system to those parameters.

How do I get a password for the training
request form, (or why doesn't my password work)?
In order to access this service, DOE-Oak Ridge employees must obtain a password
from the Training Center. This can be done by one of the following methods:
-- visit the Training Center (Federal Building, G-110), provide your Internet address, and
receive your password;
-- send an electronic message to
trainingctr@oro.doe.gov,
with your Internet address, and request that your password be sent to you via either
electronic reply to your message or paper mail marked "To Be Opened By Addressee
Only."

Why can't I download (or read) the IDP
forms (in either WordPerfect or Acrobat)?
The most common problem is that your system is not configured to properly handle
downloading files in either (or both) of these formats. While Internet browsers vary in
their ability to handle files without reconfiguration, most of the current browsers allow
you to specify how files should be handled. The two most common browsers, Netscape and MS
Internet Explorer, are both capable of handling these files.
In Netscape the menu items are: "Options, General Preferences,
Helper." In MS Internet Explorer, you select the following menu items:
"View, Options, Programs, Viewers, File Types." You should be comfortable with
the operation and configuration of your browser before attempting to reconfigure it.
Unexpected results may occur if you err in the reconfiguration. If you are uncomfortable
with this procedure, contact your computer support staff for assistance.
Acrobat Reader is required to view the PDF files during or after downloading. This is a
free product available, with instructions, from Adobe's Acrobat web site.
