Description:

This three-hour course contains information regarding rights and remedies applicable to such employees under the civil service laws that prohibit EEO discrimination and also discrimination on the basis of marital status and political affiliation in Federal employment and also whistleblower reprisal.
 

This course will fulfill the requirement of the No Fear Act law signed by President Bush.
 

Audience:

Mandatory training for all ORO Federal Employees

A DVD version is also available for check out from the Training Center.  The DVD can be viewed on your PC or in room G-106 by request.


Upon completion of the training, employees should send the completed Self-Certification Form to the ORO Training Center located in room G-110 of the Federal Office Building.  The Self-Certification Form is located at the link below and on the Sharepoint link.  No supervisor signature is required.
