Description:

This four-hour mandatory course will inform employees of the rights and remedies available under the Antidiscrimination Laws and Whistleblower Protection Laws available to them that proscribe EEO discrimination and also discrimination on the basis of marital status and political affiliation.

 

This course will fulfill the biennial requirement of the No Fear Act, Public Law 107-174 and the requirement in DOE Order 311.1B for all DOE employees to complete EEO/Diversity training annually.

All ORO Federal Employees
