Preferred Method

Enroll in and complete the applicable USQ course offered by the DOE National Training Center Safety Basis Academy.  This course is normally taught in Albuquerque.  Contact the ORO Training Center at 865-576-1082 for more information.

Required Reading – read the documents listed below.  When you have read all these documents, complete one USQ Required Reading Self-Certification Form.  Please send the completed Self-Certification Form to the Training Center.
