Due to a limit of 60 teams and the growing number of teams that wish to participate, the following registration deadlines will be in effect for the 2017 TSB:
Team Registration and Form Submission for both Team 1 and Team 2
- December 9, 2016: Deadline for registering Teams
- December 16, 2016: Deadline for submitting all required paperwork. To avoid your team becoming ineligible for competition due to last minute problems submitting paperwork, please submit your paperwork within TWO WEEKS of your online registration.
- January 4, 2017: Deadline for notification e-mail to coach of acceptance of Teams (contingent upon available space and receipt of all required forms for official team members; acceptance of teams will be based on the date and time of registration and receipt of all required forms; all first teams will be accepted before any second teams are accepted.)
Changes to Teams
- January 18, 2017: Changes to Team 1 or Team 2 members must be finalized. No changes will be accepted after this date unless the requested change is due to an unforeseen emergency. Call Barbra Dunkin to provide details. Changes requested after January 18 must be approved by the TSB Coordinator. Requests to make changes may be denied. If a team has fewer than 3 members who are able to attend the event, that team will forfeit their spot and an alternate team will be selected.
