The Women in Science and Technology conference will be held at the ORNL Environmental Sciences Division Complex. Detailed directions for getting to the laboratory and for parking will be transmitted to you electronically with your registration receipt, or you can access the electronic map from here.

Ask for the Women in Science and Technology conference rate of $50 per night plus 8.25% tax. The deadline for booking this block of rooms is April 2. Check-In and Badging
Check-in and badging will take place at the Environmental Sciences Division Complex in Building 1505, the three-story tan brick building located on the right after turning right onto White Oak Avenue.
Please note entrance requirements: alcoholic beverages and firearms are prohibited. For clearance and security purposes, all U.S. citizens must submit their full name, including middle initial, and bring a form of photo identification such as a drivers license, school I.D., or passport. Additional information will be needed from non-U.S. citizens; see registration for more details.
