Application Materials

Applications are available in several word processing formats as well as a PDF. Please read the instructions below, and then choose your preferred format.

Instructions for Submitting an Application

1. Submit completed application form and attach the following:

   • Resume

   • Publication list, including thesis and/or dissertation title

   • Authorization for release of information

   • Statement of Research Interests; use the format included in the application

   • Two copies of reprints or abstracts, if available

   • Copy of passport page (foreign national only)

2. The complete application and supporting materials will be reproduced for submittal to ORNL for review.

3. Incomplete applications may not be considered.

4. Additional information may be required if requested by ORNL staff.

5. An application may be submitted at any time.

General Applications
When you click on the link, you should be given the option of saving the file, if it does not open automatically within your browser. The Word format is designed to be filled out electronically. The PDF version should be completed on a typewriter or by printing neatly.
