Provides scholarships and internship experiences for students from Minority Service Institutions (Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Hispanic Serving Institutions, Tribal Colleges and Universities, and Alaska Native or Native Hawaiian Serving Institutions) pursuing degrees in areas related to the Office of Civilian Radioactive Waste Management
