  • Explore ways in which Program Staff, Epidemiologists, and Evaluators can better work together to accomplish HDSP program goals.
  • Generate a list of solutions/suggestions to overcome barriers to collaboration.

Session Summary

In order to create and maintain a successful HDSP Program, Program Managers, Epidemiologists, and Evaluators must all work together to achieve program goals. This session explores the unique and overlapping roles of these three positions and the potential challenges they have working together. If you have experienced challenges working with others in your HDSP program or if you work in a state where the three roles work well together, come join in the discussion and brainstorm ways in which Program Managers, Epidemiologists, and Evaluators can work in harmony. The session begins with presentations to review expectations for each of the program roles, and why it is important to work together followed by a dynamic and interactive discussion.
