The 2006 Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Program Management and Evaluation Training conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention, was held June 20-22, 2006, in Atlanta, Georgia. The training was part of a series of training events designed to ensure that state health departments have the capacity and resources to carry out a comprehensive heart disease and stroke prevention program.
