Session Summary
This session will begin with a presentation of the process Nebraska used to complete its state burden document, including report format, use of stakeholders, and data sources. The session will also cover a review of the CDC recommendations for state burden documents and an introduction to the use of GIS to identify and address geographic disparities in heart disease and stroke within a state. The format will include both lecture presentation and open discussion.
