Description

Survey tool used to assess the availability of stroke diagnostic, treatment, and educational services among Montana and northern Wyoming hospitals. A summary report of the assessment will also be available. Montana will show the stroke and heart attack TV and radio ads for the signs and symptoms health communication projects.
