Capacity building
The objectives identified in Colorado ’s state plan were developed through a strategic planning process with the Cardiovascular Health Coalition. More than thirty coalition members provided input through a web-based process that allowed people to participate in on-line discussions without leaving their own offices. We would like to share this resource, called Web IQ, with other states. Using Web IQ, ideas could be generated, organized, and shared with minimal impact on stakeholder’s schedules while maximizing their participation.
