Evaluating Partnerships

Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Define partnership
  • Describe the importance of partnership evaluation
  • Identify appropriate questions to ask when evaluating partnerships
  • Understand steps in evaluating partnerships
  • List key factors for selecting the appropriate evaluation method and tools

Summary

This session will stimulate the participants’ thinking about their approach to evaluation. It will focus on the questions you want to ask in the evaluation of your partnership, e.g. how mature is your partnership? What do you expect your partners to do? Participants will be given examples of evaluation questions and will walk through the steps of developing a plan to evaluate partnerships.
