- Provide a summary of State Health Alliance accomplishments and successes from this past year
Summary
This session will discuss the American Heart Association’s State Health Alliance efforts and accomplishments. The presenters will review the AHA’s current strategic goals and how State Health Alliance partnerships with public health have a positive impact on achieving their mission of reducing death and disability from cardiovascular disease and stroke.
