Intellectual property rights of university guests, faculty and students, are protected by the Title 35 US Code Sections 202 or 212.  The administrator will submit a certification document signed by the participant to ORNL Guest Services.  Participant placement will address intellectual property rights considerations.  Faculty and students, will not be assigned to areas with intellectual property conflicts or concerns without special arrangements to preclude this conflict.
