Abstracts
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: December 8, 2007.
- You may now view all posted abstracts for the workshop.
- Abstracts are required from each DOE/BER funded project and are welcome from other projects. Please, one abstract only per funded project. In most cases each project should only submit a single abstract; however, it is appropriate for some projects to submit multiple abstracts, especially if several different research topics are under investigation or in the case of the large multi-investigator, multi-institutional projects. Please contact Joseph Graber or Sharlene Weatherwax if you are considering submitting more than one abstract.
- Abstracts should be sent electronically by using the online submission form. They should be submitted as an MS-Word attachment and as an Adobe PDF attachment. The Word file will be reformatted and used for the abstract book and the PDF will be posted as-is on the website.
- Extended abstracts are encouraged, but they should not be more than two pages in length, including figures and tables.
- On each abstract, please include title, Principal Investigator (in bold print), presenter (designated with an asterisk) and their affiliation and e-mail address, and co-authors and their affiliations. Please see an example from a past abstract book.
- We will notify you via email after your abstract has been posted. Please take a moment to view it on the website. If changes are required, please make the necessary changes and resubmit the abstract to Lee-Ann McKeehan.
- The maximum size for posters is 4 ft wide by 4 ft tall. Posters larger than 4 ft wide by 4 ft tall may not be displayed due to space constraints.
- The deadline for submitting abstracts is December 8, 2007.
