- Program Title, Principal Investigator(s), Mailing Address, E-mail
- Program Scope or Definition
- Recent Progress
- Future Plans
- References to publications of DOE sponsored research that have appeared in 2006-2008 or that have been accepted for publication.
MAXIMUM Length: FOUR pages, single spaced (including references); for book binding purposes, left margin must be at least 1”.
Figures and Tables: As appropriate, while maintaining the four page limit.
Abstracts will appear in the program ordered alphabetically by the last name of the first author. This will be the only guide for people seeking your abstract.
Submit your abstract to: ESPM@orise.orau.gov.
If you miss the submittal deadline, plan to bring and distribute 100 hard copies of your abstract. Note that the Airlie does not provide on-site copy services.
The acceptable file type is PDF only. No other formats will be accepted. Note: We have encountered some difficulties with image quality in the past with PDF files created by TeX. If you use TeX to create a PDF file, please replace the default fonts with Adobe-like fonts in order for the image to be clear in both printed and screen formats. The Abstract Book for this meeting will be assembled into one PDF file and distributed to the meeting participants as a hardcopy (in black and white) and on CD-ROM (in color).
If you have any questions about the preparation or submission of your abstract, please contact us at ESPM@orise.orau.gov or 865-576-3717.
