What's New in Exercise Builder 2008

Added a new step for creating a draft After Action Report (AAR)

The most significant change from Exercise Builder 2007 to Exercise Builder 2008 is the addition of Step 14 - After Action Reporting. Step 14 allows the user to return to Exercise Builder after conducting the exercise and enter the exercise evaluation results for each participant and objectives met or not met during the exercise. It also provides for the entering of Exercise Findings, Improvement Items, Superior Performance and Noteworthy Practices. The user is then able to generate multiple pre-formatted reports to construct a draft of the Exercise After Action Report.

The reports that can be generated in Step 14 based on user-entered exercise evaluation results are:

  • Exercise Summary
  • Exercise Scenario
  • Performance Summary
  • Participant Performance Summary
  • Participant List and Levels of Participation
  • Findings
  • Improvement Items
  • Superior Performance
  • Noteworthy Practices
  • Exercise Objectives
