Participant AAR Worksheet Help

A Participant AAR Worksheet is provided for all participants who had objectives selected in Step 4. Each selected objective should be evaluated, in terms of whether the exercise objective was met, not met, not observed, or not applicable. Additionally, any findings, improvement items, superior performance, and noteworthy practices should be noted for each exercise objective. There is a separate screen for each objective.

How to Use

  • Appropriate radio buttons should be selected for each exercise objective, in terms of whether it was met, not met, not observed, or not applicable.

  • If the objective was not met, a comment should be provided in the comments text box to explain why the objective was not met. A finding or improvement item can also be added for an explanation.

  • If any finding, improvement item, superior performance, or noteworthy practice is associated with the specific objective, it should be noted and a description should be added.
