Copy Existing Objectives

The "Copy Existing Objectives" window allows the user to copy and paste participant objective of one participant to another participant without removing the objective from the original participant's objective list.

The list of participants and objectives to choose from will only contain those participants who have objective(s) assigned and are included as part of your Site Info (Step 1).

To copy and paste an objective from one participant to another follow these steps.

 

1. Click the Copy link next to the objectives you wish to copy.

   

   A drop-down menu for participants will appear and the Copy link will change to Apply.

2. Click the participant drop-down menu arrow.

   

   The list of participants from your Site Info (Step 1) will appear.

3. Locate and click on the participant for which you want to copy the objective.

   

   In this example we are copying an objective from the Assembly Station participant to the Duty Officer participant.

4. Click the Apply button.

   

   In our example, the participant will change to Duty Officer and the Apply link will change back to Copy.

5. Click the Save button to complete copying the objective.

   

   If you click the Close button before clicking the Save button, you will be asked if you wish to save the changes to the Master Participants-Objective List. You must click Yes to complete copying of objective.
