"This course would be appropriate for DOE Federal or contractor employees.  It is written at a level that is easy to read, enjoyable, and easy to understand.  Because the course is written at such an easy to understand level, it is felt that this will act as a motivator for trainees to take the course.  It is believed that trainees will actually learn from this training.  The training consists of text, graphics, and a few animated files.  There is room for video, more animation, music, sound effects, and other special visual effects which would interest and motivate the trainee."
