"The reviewer noted that these materials would be appropriate for use by federal employees and DOE contractors but the procedures for becoming authorized to do work was site-specific and not generic. The use of media was nicely done. The reviewer would like to have been able to have gone back to the specific screen pertinent to the question missed without having to go thru the whole module."
