Reviewers' Comments:

"The course provides a good foundation that can be expanded upon for use by others.  The five key commitments listed on the opening screen serve as a table of contents for the materials.  To be appropriate for Federal employees, the course would need to be revised to include information about Environmental Management Systems (EMS) in general.  The course would also need to include Federal responsibilities set forth in DOE Order 450.1 which requires the establishment of an EMS Program.  To be appropriate for DOE contractors, the course would need to include information too about an EMS Program as well as discuss the requirements set forth in the DOE Order."
