The reviewer rated the materials as good and noted they would be appropriate for DOE and DOE contractors to use. This is a general lead overview and good for the average worker (or home owner) but it is not targeted to the frequent lead worker. Frequent users of lead will need more detailed information. Job-like examples are limited.
