Reviewers' Comments:

"There are no learning objectives. This training only consists of text with a few links to OSHAs that relate to ladders and scaffolds. There is not an assessment, nor is there any kind of exam or quiz. Additionally, there are several minor typos including: referring the learner to graphics and figures when there are not any pictured; and "schedule" is misspelled on the last page. The format is simple text. The learner can go back and forth and exit through the browser. However, when returning to the training, the learner has to begin again at the beginning.  Defining technical terms and content needs improvement."
