Reviewers' Comments:

"Better used as a reference rather than a training program. This web-based course is specific to Oklahoma State University employees. The instructional design of the web-based program is lacking. This course is straight text with no consideration for user readability.

  1. Highlights some of the requirements of the HMR which can affect transportation safety, but does not address many of the specific provisions and exceptions contained in the HMR.
  2. Four main menu items:
        – Policy and training
        – Training material
        – Test
        – Training modules
  3. Under Training Material the program shows some placards of Hazard Classes."
