Reviewers' Comments:

"This is a superior free training program. Besides the trainee program, there is a separate resource program for training managers. To access this separate resource program, the training manager must register and obtain a password. The training manager resource program allows the user to go to the OSHA Home Page, Forklift Regulations, and written course documentation (written narrative of each trainee screen). It also allows the manager the opportunity to setup e-mail for score registration of trainees. The training manager is also given guidance in setting up hands-on performance exercises with trainees.

The trainee program focuses on sitdown rider counter-balanced lift trucks. The menu includes such items as: Know Your Lift Truck, Lift Truck Physics, Lift Truck Operation, Lift Truck Safety, Maintenance, Refueling and Recharging.  There is a course test available and the trainee can return to the OSHA training menu.

A true speech sound file should be available but the reviewer was unable to access it as a trainee. The loading instructions are available in the training manager program."
