Reviewers' Comments:

"These materials could be used by the DOE community if Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory's (LLNL) specific information was removed.  Overall, the materials are a good, thorough, concise review of the approach to laser safety at LLNL. The reviewer noted that example signs do not characterize the hazards by the use of the key words: laser, radiation, visible, invisible, eye, reflections, or skin as suggested by ANSI Z 136.1.  Only entry instructions are given in Block 1. The word "Laser" does not appear at all."
