The reviewer noted the poster material was very good and technically accurate.  The poster would be appropriate for DOE and DOE contractors to use in promoting food safety. Original poster was exhibit size, if used to develop similar materials; you may want to consider changing the format and font type and size.  Allow time to download the large poster file from the Web.
