"This CD course consists of a video "talking head" along with text and graphics.  To obtain instructions to run the CD, the user must read the readme.txt file contained on the CD.   The course is ANL site-specific, but has much useful information for others.   QuickTime is needed to run the videos (as noted in the readme.txt file).  The CD contains a nice combination of videos, text, and graphics, which should help motivate and keep the learner's attention."
