SECY-03-0161 2003 Annual
Update - Status of Decommissioning Program (September 15, 2003) provides a
comprehensive overview of decommissioning activities, including the
decommissioning of Site Decommissioning Management Plan (SDMP) sites
and other complex decommissioning sites, commercial reactors, research
and test reactors, uranium mill tailings facilities, and fuel cycle
facilities.
