As

program efforts.
Adhere
to your strategy for using evaluation findings to inform and improve
your efforts. This requires that you communicate effectively
with partners and other stakeholders about changes to
original plans.
Document
any feedback and lessons learned. Share this information with
others who may benefit from your experience.
