Latoya: Yes mamma. He said he wants me looking fine. I told Shaniqua just how to fix my hair and nails. I can’t wait to have my own shop some day! This is the prettiest gold sequin dress ever seen. I’m so excited!

Nita Willis: Latoya, just have a good time, and come straight home. I’ve been hearing about those prom hotel deals. You tell Brian you ain’t playing no lets make a deal. My baby makes straight A’s. You got goals and dreams, like finishing High School, College; don’t you be forgetting about that.

Latoya: I won’t mamma.
