Physical activity – Dan Jansen - 2

VISUAL:  Dan Jansen, Gold Medal Speedskater, walking up the stairs. Walking outside with another man; going into a building and opening the stairwell door and walking up the stairs, to return to the office; Dan catches a nurf ball thrown by a coworker and tosses the ball into a basketball net.

Jan Jansen:  For those of you who think you are too busy to be physically active, here’s some great news.  You don’t have to train for the Olympics or go somewhere special, but when you go out to lunch, go OUT to lunch.   When you get back to work, make an executive decision, the stairs.  Just 30 minutes a day of moderate physical activity will lower your stress and your risk of serious disease.   AND increase that energy.   Physical Activity, it’s everywhere you go.
