AUDIO: [upbeat music playing]
VISUAL: Picture of man on skating holding a baby, along with a boy and a girl skating holding a bouquet of flowers, words on the screen, “Courtesy CBS Sports”. Picture changes to Dan Jansen raking the leaves; walking the dog; walking up a hill with two little girls; Dan and the girls playing in the yard with a red ball; Dan pushing one of the girls on the swing.
Gold Medal Speedskater: You might not recognize me without my skates on. But even without them I stay physically active, in the yard, around the neighborhood, around anywhere I go with my favorite girls, it’s all physical activity. And it all counts, just 30 minutes a day of moderate physical activity will boost your energy and lower your stress and your risk of chronic disease. You don’t have to go to the Olympics to be physically active. Physical activity, it’s everywhere you go.
