The Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) facility managed by Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU). ORISE, an institute focused on advancing science and education, operates research participation programs for DOE, CDC, and other federal agencies. The Research Participation Programs are designed to provide a flow of qualified researchers (postgraduates, students, and faculty) to participate in current research and development activities related to CDC's critical missions.
