Poster Instructions
Please bring a hard-copy of your poster to the meeting and also submit a PDF version of your poster through the PI Meeting website Poster Submission page. Here you have two options: (1) for files of size 5MB or less, you can directly upload your PDF file or (2) if your poster is greater than 5MB in size, you will be able to specify a URL (e.g., to the file on Google Drive or on Dropbox) that we can use to download the file. Please use the naming convention “lastname_title_poster.pdf” and provide an electronic version of your poster by September 12, 2017.
Poster abstracts and pdf files will be made available to meeting participants in a password-protected area of the meeting website.
