University of Tennessee

At the University of Tennessee, we toured the campus, which contained many amazing sites. During the tour of the campus we realized the importance of picking a college based on individual needs. These needs vary, but they usually will be based on cost, financial aid, campus size, student population, intended major, student life, and opportunity. These historic buildings are soon going to be remodeled. While there, we also visited the McClung Museum which had wondrous sites of mummified remains of animals and skeletal remains of creatures. The museum had exhibits featuring Egyptian artifacts, Native American tools, cultural body art, and dinosaur remains. We continued into the inner part of the museum containing a large auditorium. A graduate student met us and proceeded with a lecture, integrating a PowerPoint, which described the anthropology and paleo-anthropology fields.
