Poster Display Information
Unless otherwise noted, presenters will be able to put up posters beginning approximately at 3:15 pm Tuesday. The poster position document indicates where your poster will be located.
We made all possible efforts to co-locate posters when requested; please do not deviate from your assigned location without the consent of Marolyn Randolph, the ORISE staff person in charge of the session.
The boards will be numbered for identification. Push pins and Velcro will be in plastic bags on your poster board. You should be able to go straight to your location and post your work once the boards are ready. Please remember that the maximum size of posters is 4 feet by 4 feet. Posters exceeding that size may not be displayed.
All poster boxes and tubes should be marked with identification and may be stored in the Mayor Room during the display.
Posters must be removed from boards before noon on Wednesday. Posters remaining after that time may be considered disposable by the vendor who will be disassembling the poster boards.
No A/V items will be provided to poster presenters. Because of the nature of the building, electrical outlets are in short supply. Shipping supplies will not be provided onsite.
